The interdisciplinary minor in Organizational Leadership prepares you, both inside and outside the classroom, to lead a life of service and significance. Besides building essential leaderships skills, an Organizational Leadership Minor complements any academic field and ensures you will leave Westminster College with the skills and ability to improve your organization, your community, and your world.
Courses cover formal leadership theories and thoughts. At the same time, they recognize the importance of organizations, historical concepts, ethics, and other areas that shape and strengthen the competencies of a leader. They combine formal study with hands-on leadership activities including service courses that incorporate community and organizational outreach such as service projects and internships. You can also engage in internships that emphasize leadership development and provides an excellent way to network with future community partners and employers
