Biography:
Dr. Holzer has a PhD from the University of Missouri, an MA from the University of Southern California, another MA from the Monterey Institute of International Studies, and a BA from the University of Denver. He is a five-year veteran of the US Army. His academic research and some of his other writings can be found here.
