Work Orders

Maintenance issues in student housing or campus facilities are handled by staff of the Plant Operations Department. To ensure that your request is processed efficiently, please send a detailed desciption of the problem, building and room number along with your full name and a contact phone number. Workorders are logged in and assigned within 36 hours of request. Email work order requests to Plant Operations at workorder@WCMO.edu.

For emergency maintenance issues, call Plant Operations at 573.592.5282. After business hours and weekends, call Campus Security at 573.592.5555.

Requests related to computer, telephone and the use of audio/visual equipment should be directed to the campus IT Department at help@WCMO.edu or by calling 573.592.5169.
