Student Orientation, Advising, and Registration

At SOAR you will learn more about academic and student life opportunities at Westminster from members of the Westminster community. You will also have a one-on-one session with an academic advisor who will help you register for your fall classes.

Move-In and New Student Week

New Student Week will introduce incoming students to Academics and Student Life at Westminster College! Before fall classes begin for all students, new students will meet their peer mentors, begin their Westminster Seminar and Leader Within courses, and learn about campus programs and resources.

Fall Student Move-In

New and Transfer Student Move In: Saturday, Aug. 17 th 8 a.m.  – 2 p.m. The Quad

Fall Athlete Move In:  Tuesday, Aug. 13 th   - The Quad

New Football Athletes: 8 a.m. – 10 a.m.

Returning Football Athletes: 10 a.m. - Noon

Volleyball, Soccer & Cross-country Athletes: 1 p.m. – 4 p.m

RA Move In:   Wednesday, August 6, 9 a.m. – 12 p.m., Hunter Activity Center, JCI

Mentor Move In: Tuesday, August 13, 1 p.m. – 4 p.m., The Quad

CAB, Fraternity & Sorority Member Move In: Wednesday, August 14, Hunter Activity Center, JCI

New and Transfer Student Convocation

New Student Convocation is a beloved tradition at Westminster that officially marks the beginning of your individual journey at the College. As you pass through the historic Columns, you enter into a respected, time-honored tradition.
