How I help online students succeed: I help online students succeed by communicating classroom expectations, providing constructive and timely feedback, and encouraging students to apply classroom knowledge in the real world.

My online teaching philosophy: My online teaching philosophy is to support student learning by providing a nurturing, individualized approach to teaching which promotes connections to the world at large.

How I make a difference: I can make a difference by making connections. The fastest and strongest connections with online students are built by being genuine, being open-minded, and by seeking common interests early in the classroom experience. My online students appreciate my genuineness and engagement in the classroom.

Fun fact about me: My PhD is in sport psychology.
